The similarity score shows what percentage of your document matches text found in our database (internet, academic papers, books). A score of 10–20% is generally acceptable for most universities. A lower score means more original writing.
The AI score indicates what percentage of your document appears to be AI-generated (e.g., written by ChatGPT, Bard, etc.). A score of 0% means fully human-written. Many universities now require AI scores below 10–15%.
No. Your document is handled securely and confidentially. With the "No Repository" setting enabled (default), your document will NOT be added to the similarity database. Files are deleted after report generation is complete.
Standard reports are delivered within 2–24 hours. Rush orders are processed with priority in 2–4 hours. You will receive an email notification and can track the status live from your dashboard.
Yes! You can use the Recheck feature from your orders page. After revising your document, click "Request Recheck", upload the updated file, and a new order will be created using one credit.
The percentage in the AI report represents the proportion of text in your document that the AI detection algorithm classifies as likely AI-generated. The confidence level is shown per sentence or paragraph.
By default, we exclude your bibliography/references from the similarity calculation. You can toggle this in the Scan Settings when uploading. Most universities want references excluded from the score.
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT (PPT support coming soon). The system supports over 30 languages for similarity checking. AI detection works best with English text currently.
1 credit = 1 document submission. Credits never expire — they remain valid until used. Turnitin and Drillbit credits are tracked separately. You can buy more credits anytime from the Subscription page.
If your report is not delivered within the stated time, please submit a support ticket via the Helpdesk. Include your Order ID for faster assistance. Our team responds within 1–2 hours during business hours.
